SENIOR STUDENT (OTHER THAN FIRST-YEAR STUDENT)
Residential college accommodation can be applied for through the online application system (HOMS), and students must apply within the specified timeframe. Applications will be open at least one (1) month before the new semester begins.
Accommodation is allocated for one (1) academic semester based on the academic calendar. Please refer to the Student Housing Center for more details.
- Parit Raja: All students (except first-year students) are eligible to apply for HOMS.
- Pagoh: Postgraduate program students.
All applications will be processed and decided by the respective student housing management and will be notified through the HOMS system within the specified period.
Unsuccessful applications can still submit an appeal, subject to available accommodation.
The appeal can be made by submitting an official application to the Director of the Student Housing Center (PRP).
No. Senior students will be offered college accommodation and dormitory rooms as determined by the residential college management. However, students with health issues may refer to the college administration for appropriate accommodation arrangements.
Yes, they can. Senior students whose accommodation applications have been approved in HOMS will be required to complete pre-registration for their room and confirm the offer through the HOMS system. Students can choose their roommates/housemates based on the room/house data assigned by the residential college.
