• New Students
  The accommodation fee for new students registering at the university is based on the University's Academic Schedule, starting from the university registration date until the beginning of the long semester break, taking into account public holidays, weekends, and other relevant factors.
• Other Students
  i) The accommodation fee for students other than new students who are currently studying at the university is calculated from the check-in date at the Residential College, considering public holidays, weekends, etc.
  ii) Fees for early check-in and extended stay (with approval) beyond the specified dates will be charged as holiday rental rates.

If a student registers late, the accommodation fee will be calculated from the day they check in at the Residential College. However, this does not apply to new students, mandatory students, and senior students who have confirmed their acceptance of the Residential College accommodation offer.
